I remade the songs "Smile Bomb" and "Sayonara Bye Bye" in Famitracker. I know that both songs are incomplete, but I'd like to receive critique on the pieces since they sound very odd. As in empty sounding. Anyways, critique is appreciated and edits are encouraged!
Well, listening to Smile bomb, It seems as though that emptiness could come from a slight lack of chords. Frame 0F and Frame 10 have a triangle arp; Never really liked tri-arps. They sound too shakey.

Haha, anyways, yeah, if you don't want it to feel as empty, then fill the channels up! Personally I think better percussion and bass is the key for this one, as that's what really holds the original together.
EDIT: If you can hear the guitars in the background then that would be a good addition as well.
