you're about to be disappointed because this is really just me experimenting with an expansion and a whole bunch of effects I've never used before. With a song that drowns itself out so hard I have to improvise the parts I can't hear. Jesus.

it's "done", but I'm still unhappy with it. I tweaked it from time to time and I have enough different branching versions of the same song to make it into a choose your own adventure book, but I don't even know what to do with it. I think I'm missing some notes but I can't even hear them, if they exist, in the original song... At least with my current setup. Also I think there's some issues with the audio levels but I couldn't be bothered to untangle that mess. I did try, but something always gets wrecked...

I'd really like to see all of the versions and a chart. I may be weird like that, but I like to have multiple versions of the same song (I think we're up to 3 versions of Marble Zone and 4 versions of Green Hill Zone). Also, in my opinion, the triangle is too loud. Try a Z20 to make the triangle softer.

That's actually where the chaos begins. I quiet the triangle, the drums practically disappear along with it. Then I have to fix that with something else, and then...
