as a person who reads bass clef, it would really be cool to see this feature. im not really that familiar with sharps, so itd be interesting to see the enharmonic notes in famitracker. maybe using a lowercase b would work. EX:

A-4
A#4
Ab4

It is already implemented in the latest beta 0.4.3.1 Goto File>Configuration>Appearance and check the DisplayFlats box

Also note that sharps have equivalent flat notes.

A#4 would be a Bb4, for example, while B#4 would be C-5.

All you do to change a sharp to a flat is to increase the note value by one tone & to replace the # with a b. B# & E# are exceptions because their equivalent flat notes are C & F respectively.

The same can be said for the opposite way; to go from a flat to a sharp, decrease the note value by one tone & replace the B with a # (the exceptions being Cb & Fb, which are equivalent to B & E respectively).

Just thought I'd put this here for the sake of sharing info.
