Do you know where I can find one? Is there one? Some NSF rips include SFX, but afaik, there's no SMB rip that does.

i made an IT of some SMB sound effects back in the day. you can use it as reference.

There's the IT file, the MIDI file, and the MGB file (Paragon 5 Tracker format)

If it helps, I also have an NSF of Super Mario Bros. 3, with most of the original sound effects from the first game. I will mention that if you slow the speed of the NSF down a bit, the sound effects don't play properly.

I made some SMBSFX instruments by Famitraker.
