It's not TOO bad, there are a few minor errors here and there. My biggest complaint is the sound you used for the vocals. They are too stacatto'd. Maybe try to adjust the volumes on your releases a bit higher. Also since there's an empty channel doing nothing beside your pulse one singing, why not echo it and give it a more awesome presence.
Also vocals are pretty tricky to emulate. Just analyze everything that goes on when Katy is singing. Try to notice where she does Bends and Vibratos, then try to incorporate them in your cover. This will give a lot of life to your cover.
However these are just suggestions and maybe you actually want it to sound the way it does, in that case carry on.

I used to make songs within minutes or hours, but now I ran out of my ideas and my creative process is staying off for a while, if not playing with the keys. I'm probably gonna restart from my last release tomorrow.
This is off to a pretty good start I'd say! Perhaps the lead is a bit bland, and the overall sound design could use some work, but other than that it's pretty cool~

Not a big fan of the intro in this module, but rest of the module sounds good. Though it does make me wonder why you had to use N163 if you use the built-in chips for the lead. The polyphony is almost extraneous; mute all the Namco channels except Namco 1, 3, and 4 and change the waveform to a 25% pulse and honestly tell me what the differences are. I think it actually sounds [i]better[/i] like this.
