Exciting, I know. Don't let that hinder your criticism, though. I just want to know how well I've used them.
With an earlier song, I was given criticism to improve my percussion beats, make them more realistic, and such. I hope I've accomplished that much with this piece.
This is just a short loop. I've grown fond of this loop, though, and plan on extending it to a full-fledged song, someday. Please give some honest criticism, if you can. I want to know how well I did.
I didn't hear the earlier song, but at this point, all that really needs to be altered, is the volume of all the other channels(except of course, the Triangle Wave). You can't really hear the DPCM much at all, because everything else is a little too loud. Just turn the volume down a bit. Once you finish a little bit more of the song, I'll be able to tell how well the song is. Other than that, it's good, so far. Keep the project going!

DPCM channel is OK here, better than other part (Linker2a03 said all about it). To make the drums better, you'll need better noise channel part. For now it is not work together with DPCM drums, they sounds very separated. Use more different noise instruments (open and close hats, ride, etc) and different volumes to add more dynamic.
I'm pretty new to the FamiTracker but, I think you did a really good job on it. Lots going on here and I can tell you put a lot of time and effort into it. I reminded me of something out of "Blaster Master".

That's a pretty awesome loop you have going there! I really like the square 1/triangle lines and how they twist together especially--the fade out of the square track adds a lot as well.
I am by no means an expert on the Noise/DPCM channels--my own compositions show this--but you drums are definitely weak compared to the craziness going on in the melody. The snare is especially soft, which is mostly a DPCM problem, IMO.
I took the liberty of doubling the snare in the Noise channel, as I usually do. It's louder, but with still a bit of the fidelity of the DPCM snare sample. A louder snare also helps anchor the moving melody with a solid back beat. I also replaced your kick sample with a louder one I usually use. It's a matter of personal preference, but a louder kick helps balance the treble heaviness of the melody as well.
Oh, and I had a bit of fun writing another break for the second loop of your song. It's not super good, but it's just another little idea you can use, especially when you turn this into a full song!
Again, this is just how I would do the noise/DPCM tracks for this loop. There are techniques far better than I have, especially if you want a more 8 bit sound (triangle drums and whatnot). Thanks for sharing the loop!
