Now entering the studio are today's contestants.

An actor in films such as Rain Man and The Last Samurai, from Syracuse, New York, Tom Cruise!
Starring in films such as Smokey and the Bandit and Deliverance, from Lansing, Michigan, Burt Reynolds!
And our returning champion, the original James Bond himself, from Edinburgh, Scotland... Sean Connery!

Now here is the host of Jeopardy!, ALEX... TREBEK!

(And yeah, I used an old extended intro from the 80s/90s version of the show. Because I can.)

No, I'm just trolling. Sorry.

Nice cover though. I didn't realize Merv Griffin actually wrote it!

Yeah, I was wondering what to put in the copyright field and I was thinking, "Well, Merv Griffin owned the show, but putting his name there might make it look like he's the composer", so I looked up the composer, and it was in fact Merv Griffin. "Well, that settles that, I guess."

Though I don't know whether he was involved with the arrangements that have been used as the show's main theme since 1984. What he'd originally written was just the music you hear during Final Jeopardy, which has less instrumentation.
