Anyways, only 7/4 remaining! And I'm dying to try out the pentatonic scale... this should be interesting.
Yes, it will.
AND SO IT WAS!

I noticed that 2A03 (with DPCM) was something I hadn't done yet, too, so here ya go. This was done within about a 40-hour period (since about 1:00 yesterday morning, and it's about 8:30 PM now). People must never underestimate the power of the 2A03 chip!

Oh, and about the name: Periwinkle and Cosmos are both flowers that have 4 petals, so this is the "4" track on the album.

I expected it to be interesting, yes, but not so quick! Very nice! I can't say I was wrong. The 7/4 table is a bit confusing for my common-timed mine to comprehend, but it's nice.

Yeah, this must be the fastest I've churned out a song. I'm surprised as well! And don't feel bad. All weird time signatures are confusing to me. You just have to listen until you get it down.

Nice track dude, love the sound design and the DPCM sounds really good along with the rest of the song. It gives it a special touch.

Thanks, all you lovers, and challenge accepted. Maybe I'll take another swing at this, though...

Not bad at all! Sounds almost like 4/4...

31/8? I think at this point you might as well make it 3 4/4 times alternating with 7/8 if you were going to put it to sheet music. Besides real composers don't just use one funky time signature they change the time signature every measure.

The sound design is very good, I like it a lot! But what really, REALLY annoys me is the main melody. For me it just feels wrong, and I personally think that it can be improved...
Here, I did some changes here and there, I hope you like them
