Hey guys!

We're currently coming to the end of development for a game titled "Insanity's Blade" which is to be released in the spring for PC, Mac, Linux and we're in talks for Wii U and PS4.

The game is a (some what violent) action platformer with a few RPG elements as well. It would be in the same vein as Castlevania, Ninja Gaiden and Batman - if you combined the game play of all. Big Boss fights, special moves... and authentic NES color palette!

As of now I've been using original tunes from the famicompo's. And We am hooked on a few of the songs we've used and would like to specifically track down a few people on here. If anyone knows who the songs below belong to, please let us know.

I think I need about 24 songs in total. If necessary we will discuss payment if you need to be compensated!

We do need to get our 1 stage demo ready for release so we do need, intro music, title screen music, store music, stage 1 music and stage 1 boss music first. Or at least permission to use the place holder music at the very least.

Links to game videos and screen shots can be found here:
http://www.indiedb.com/games/insanitys-blade/

Song's we're rather attached to:
famicompo 6 - 46/3
7 - 59
9 - 27

Please PM or contact me by email (damainman69@gmail.com)

Our site will be up shortly with our other projects as well!

Thank you kindly in advance for any help given and we look forward to hearing from you!

Is the sound limited to generic 8bit sounds or nes hardware in general? The first video I saw the game in had more sound channels used than the standard NES hardware. Even through I'm not good enough to be hired to put music on your game, I'm just worried if there's any restrictions you have.

Hello, Chris. I would be interested in composing music for your game, but I would like to be sure that the game will be finished/released first before I do. I'll send you a message.

Thanks to everyone who replied! We have musicians but to lighten the load we don't mind a couple more. And it is VRC6 that is being used for the sound track.

Also thanks for the info for the tracks I listed. I've contacted the musician of Blitz Lunar!

Thanks again!!
