Hi,

My band and I use Famitracker to supplement some of our songs and we're currently producing an album. Before manufacturing we will have to sign a copyright agreement to state that everything is legal and I'd just like to know whether Famitracker is 100% legal.

I know that the hardware patents ran out on the NES a while back.

I live in Sweden and as far as I know I do not break any laws here.

But I have no idea about USA, where there are software patents and such.
The only thing I can think of from Nintendo is the APU emulator, but with the patents ran out I doubt there's any problems.
