Or anything high pitched and clicky, like drum sticks. I made my own but they feel too bassy ><
Try using the one in my Angel Island cover.
Wow thanks!! (and nice cover btw

It's a bit bubbly instead of clicky, but still doing good. I can use it with my current castanets and get more depth in the rhythm. But so far, this will be the main one i use so much appreciated .

Any others are still very welcome, I'm using his Sonic Cowbell fyi.

You're welcome. And that one song is a part of a bigger open collab project at http://famitracker.com/forum/posts.php?page=9&id=4847. If you would like to, then give back, but if not then that's fine.

Hm it's not working quite as well as I thought.
Noob question - is there a way to lower volume? I know you can when you import an audio file, but this is dpcm :x

To a certain degree yes, but if you do it too much, you'll end up with a very noisy sounding triangle-ish sample thanks to the nature of delta-modulation encoding. (There are only ramps in the sample, a real Square wave sample is impossible to create because of this)

You can only lower it when importing. Here is the actual WAV file, if you want to try it.

Thanks! You've been a big help. It's fitting much better at a +3db (i'm guessing you did +10?)

If anyone has claps, clicks, or snaps, feel free to post those!
