Hey guys!
Lately, I had an idea for a new effect. It would be just like Gxx, but instead of delaying the whole row, it would only delay the row's effect(s). For example, if I wanted to do Qxx on an instrument using an arpeggio for the first frame only, it wouldn't apply if it was on the note's row, so I'd have to delay it to one whole row ! But with the effect delay, I could delay it only one frame.
It could be Kxx, maybe.
I guess a viable (temporary) solution would be to enter the note on the previous row with a Gxx command that would effectively push it to the next row, and then enter the desired effect with a Gxx command next to it.

I get what's trying to go down here. There are ways to already delay it (ableit they seem about as gimmicky as an Iron Ball Gengar), but those aren't specific commands, like the row delay is an entire command, fading in and out is a command, etc. In other words, you're trying to delay the effect using a slower tempo without needing to use the Speed 1 intricacy on everything.
It's something that, personally, I wouldn't mind seeing as a command, but wouldn't personally use for...obvious reasons.
Another alternative is to briefly change the speed with F0x and put it on the next row.
F03 <- short 3 frame row
F09 <- long row takes up missing 3 frames
F06 <- return to normal speed
These would make the number of row irregular, and therefore the highlights.
That's true. But in jrlepage's solution, if the number of rows stays the same then it's offsync.
If you need to use more rows, there's nothing wrong with increasing the number for that one frame (or more if needed) and using D00 to cut the "normal length" on the other frames. It's a bit of a tedious process, yes, but it's a solution to that one.

...I thought English was required... o.o

Not required, but if you want to be understood by the general population, it's obviously preferred. In this case, I only aimed to be understood by the OP, who is from Marseille.
I checked prior to posting the message, and Google Translate gives a fairly accurate translation of my post, if you really need to know what I said.

Ah oui !! Je comprends mieux maintenant. Je partais de l'idée du fait que l'on commence à partir du premier pattern. Mais c'est facile à résoudre, en faisant un pattern d'une ligne juste avant. Merci ! =)
