It's a bit dissonant at times. I personally hate that first instrument. The nice details every once in a while sounds really good, but they would sound better if it weren't for these fairly fail-ish instruments. And to be honest, I think you rushed it too. Sorry if I appear harsh, but these instruments aggravate me. Other than that, the song sounds really good. The ending feels a bit lackluster, but oh well.
Still waiting till someone actually pinpoint where the song sounds dissonance. with the song. In the mean time, I'll see what I can do about the ending.
Here's a new edition of the song. It has a better ending and I removed the NES sounds from the song, couldn't find a good noise wind I did change the getair sound, so that might please some people. But sorry CheeseGuy99, I haven't changed the drums(if you didn't like that) They remind me too much of Tim Follins NES games.
Anyways, I changed the ending, please comment. I know there's some stupid contest going on right now, but please spare two minutes for listing and the 30 secs for commenting. Saying "lol there's some dissonace," doesn't help. I need more information. Not like the majority of the song dissoanate now that I fixed some of it.

First off, while there is a contest, that doesn't mean everyone just drops whatever they're doing and enters their very best into the contest while completely ignoring FT forums for 2 months. No one gave as little of a comment as that anyway. When someone actually takes the time to comment, it's is never to just insult their songs without telling them what they can do to better their songs, their workflow, and their style. I learned everything I know of writing music from people who gave constructive criticism so I wont do differently.
Anyways, I think the song is very much improved. Great work.

Anyways, some helpful things would be to fix the wind instrument (no arps, just F-# the whole time), make the bass less dissonant compared to the chords playing,...
EDIT: Thom, don't bash on either of them. They're both trying to help, and as Dj said, take criticism like a man. Don't whine about it. (And you're one to talk about "posting useless comments".... :V)
