How to reproduce

1. Play a song
2. Open config while the song's playing and under MIDI select the output driver.
3. Now repeat Step 2 and turn the driver off.
4. Crashed!

Doesn't always do it for me; I have to toggle the driver (MS GS Wavetable Synth) on and off a few times before it crashes. It always crashes when turning it off, though.

75% of the time, a minidump is created. This is attached. 25% of the time, FT just freezes, and makes a repetitive popping noise until I end the process through Task Manager.

Ditto with 0.4.3 beta 2.

Same.
But happens when I activate it and turn off the Sound Driver.

The MIDI output was eventually meant to be compatible with the Midines hardware, but that will probably never happen so I might just remove it instead. It's not useful for anything at the moment.
