Odd things happen when an instrument's string is looping, and you shorten it just as the playing frame is caught as the last one removed.

Once the sound is altered or stopped, lengthen a string.

Here's me messing with all but the volume for the first 28seconds and after that I left Famitracker alone while it glitched out.

Doing that causes it to play past the end of the sequence, that's why it crashes.

I'll fix this in 0.4.3
