So I recently decided to fiddle around with VRC6, but for some reason or another it isn't working.. Everything seems right, except that those extra channels don't produce any sound.. What am I doing wrong?
You are probably trying to use the same instrument set from the 2A03 onto the VRC6.
What you'll have to do, in order to get any sort of sound, is to simply click in one of the extra channels' pattern editor, and then create a new instrument for it. The instrument's chip set will no longer have small chip name saying '2A03', but will have a 'VRC6' beside it.
Keep in mind that, while the VRC6's square 1 & 2 channels can change their duty cycles, the sawtooth channel cannot.
