I've just released my two new original tracks for 2A03:

[url=ftp://ftp.untergrund.net/users/shiru/mus/2a03/transmission.nsf]Transmission

As always, FTM versions are available on my homepage. You can also listen these tracks online on [url=http://8bitcollective.com/members/Shiru/]8bitcollective.

Dude! Did you used to work for Sunsoft? These are really good!

How long have you been doing this?

Shiru, you've got a lot of patience to make such drums through square wave (in 'Transmission', of course) it's not easy to do this on FamiTracker. The way FamiTracker is made make it difficult to do such effect like Follin with his effect on the triangle channel on most of his tunes; however it's a piece of cake in GoatTracker to do drums'n bass... A day I'll make my own music engine... grumble grumble...

Nice stuff. Maybe I'll join that 8bit collective site myself. Then I could show off some stuff from the game elsewhere too. :P

Demick12, 'Through Sewers' took more than week, can't remember exactly. It was almost finished in April, but one small part bothered me, so it had to wait about two months before I fixed that (using just delete). 'Transmission' took three days, it's my fastest work for 2A03.

Jarhmander, in this case it wasn't a problem, because I didn't used combined drum+bass instruments this time, so I had no problems with drums pitch.

Cool to know, Shiru. I was actually referring to how long in general have you been tracking. You've GOT to be a veteran by now...

great sounds and 'authentic sounding' composition (whatever that means ), i'll have to check the .ftms to learn a bit.

Through Sewers seems a little muddy in the low mids at times, probably due to the very prominent triangle bass. Minor criticism though.

EDIT: Awesome, I just understood that you're the guy behind TFM. i was going to check out your tracker next.
