single voice echo works, but it doesnt have a good feel to it. the only single channel echo msuic on the nes that i like is anything rare has made. so, single channel echo is a no.
channel wave combining could work but i havent tried it out because i think its a waste of channels.

fine, i dowloaded the 4.2 version. and checked out the fixed version. sounds good.
i use that specific beta of 3.8 because of the lack of annoying namco screech.

also, linking seems to malfunction for me. every time i click a link, it goes directly back to the first post of this topic. same for the other yt link.
As far as I can tell it removes the hiss completely, but I don't remember if you had to set it in the registry or something. If that step is needed, [url=http://famitracker.com/forum/posts.php?id=4309&pid=43731#43731]use this.
I hope you make good use of it. Also, I haven't checked your song yet, but I may do later.
EXTRA: In order to make good use of the url tag, do this: Write something, select it, hit the url tag in the post editor and then paste the desired url where it says url=. If you quote some posts with url tags you'll see how they are done.
