What's up, here are some covers I made since I got the basics of FT down. When I learn a whole lot, I'm going to recreate BGMs from games for the PC Engine/Turbografx 16 system in 8 bit.
I know these are easy ones because they're pure 2A03 and not enough action, some at least with volume tweaks.

At this point I'm still gotta learn to make drums.

1. Super Star Force (JPN; dungeon)
2. Mystery Quest (maze)
3. Deep Dungeon 3 (JPN)
4. Tengai Makyo/Far East of Eden II: Manji Maru (PC Engine, cave)

1. Breath of Fire (SNES, Drogen)

2. Yu Yu Hakusho 2 (Super Famicom, ending). It's my first attempt at DCPM drums.

I know, when it gets to that point on the NSF, the Triangle flatlines.

Actually seeing it wasn't very obvious at the time

EDIT: I fixed it, but then the NSF now has some wierd white noise behind it.

Cool stuff, you definitely should do some more chris huelsbeck stuff.

I would love to hear an NSF version of this song:

nice tonnes of stuff here. i see you're a fan of Yasuhiko Fukuda's PC-Engine soundtracks (download, tengai makyou), he's one of my favourite composers so i thoroughly support this :3

Yeah?

Speaking of Huelsbeck, I still need to learn to arpeggiate which I have yet to do.

Check this out, I made 8-bitized Download's opening cinema (where Syd2091 witnesses Ohala's death) also heard in the final stretch before the last boss.

Since there wasn't much to do due to the 2a03 limitation, so to perserve the spooky nature of PC Engine original, I added a noise rumble to it.
