I know this is not FamiTracker related, but I still want to post it. Long ago I downloaded those Winamp plugins which offer sound emulation for different gaming platforms(yes, you know, something like Highly Advanced, Highly Experimental and so on). My main concern is that these plugins don't offer either a way to mute channels or to record to WAV.

So, is there any plugin or option that can let me record to WAV or mute individual channels during playback? This mainly goes to GSF, PSF, USF and VGM format, just to say. Either player(Winamp or Foobar) would be useful for me.

Thanks in advance, and sorry if my post sounds mean for any reason.

GSF might be possible but only for the GB channels, not the GBA PCM channels
PSF, SSF and USF -- nope
channel muting exists for GBS, KSS, HES, NSF, SPC, VGM (not all chips), 2SF (though it isn't much use due to dynamic voice allocation), SGC and maybe some others I'm forgetting right now

foobar2000 allows channel muting but then so do a lot of those Winamp plugins, and actually both foobar2000 and Winamp do have options for dumping to wav - Winamp has the disk writer plugin afaik, and foobar2000 has a convert option within the playlist on right click, so The Choice Is Yours.

Fine, I'll go try those now. Thank you!

EDIT: I tried Winamp Disk Writer Plugin and works perfectly. Thank you again!
