Ok, so I recently posted an instrument request in the "post your instruments" Sticky, and Ryukenden gave me two notes and a waveform. I put some slide on those notes, changed the waveform, and went to work. Turns out I got on a real lucky creative streak. So, a few minutes after seeing Ryu's post, I came up with this. Enjoy.

Thanks! I bet it would have. Anyway, I've added arp with echo, changed a few waveforms, etc.
As for the version above, my main concern was that there were too many sounds, some being to loud to let the others shine. Were some of them too harsh? or was it balanced terribly?

In the first one it sounded too loud(2A03 pulse 1), and in general needs more volume adjustments. Plus, fix your triangle in the four last frames. I think you put the wrong instrument in there.
The arp sounds nice(considering I hate them). Also, I'd like to add that this sounds very different when you play it through headphones and laptop speakers.
It's because of stuff like your song that I like this place a lot.

The siren at the start almost made me stop listening to the song. Which is a shame, because after the song really gets going it's REALLY cool. It's like, rushjet1y stuff in a weird, creepy, minor scale, and the way pulse 1 has such a strong echo makes it sound like an instrument that's not quite like a standard 25% square wave.
Other thoughts:
-The triangle either needs gaps of 0 volume in it, 1/2 octave higher frames at the start of each note so you can hear when notes start, or both. EDIT: Part of the problem is that you accidentally use instrument 03 instead of 04 for it later on, which doesn't have the gaps in it.
-You could experiment with adding slides on the 2a03 pulse melody
-You could experiment with adding noise crashes
-There is a subtle error in the arp, it starts D instead of D# on pattern slot 00
-You should look at Rushjet1's song, WAR. He posted the ftm of it in here a while ago. It's a similar war themed song that also has a klaxon, you could take some inspiration on where to go from there ^^
thanks, patashu. You came at the right time. I had no real immediate inspiration let for this song. Also; When you say the siren made you almost stop listening, what was it about the siren? EDIT: I'm completely redoing the klaxon based on one sent to be my kind Mr_Master. Thanks, btw. I decided it was more klaxon-ish.

It's a few things. It's the fact that it repeats quite quickly, and that when played on its own it has a slightly sickening... dissonance? not sure of the word, to it. When it has something played on top of it, it's fine though. You could try replacing it with a different klaxon that lasts two measures or something.
Ok, so not much new; minor fixes, some bends, and new klaxon.
EDIT: Ok, Patashu, Either the comment didn't load when I checked, or I didn't see it. Although I think a klaxon ( or at least classic movie klaxons ) sound better at a faster pace. And I'll maybe take off a frame with the klaxon to make it shorter. As to it's dissonance; Hey. It's a klaxon.

Sorry, but this version is worse. I didn't like any of the changes I noticed.
That is:
-The old klaxon is better than the new version.
-I liked how the old klaxon didn't play through the entire thing. The chords it was replaced by were cool.
-I think the old 2a03 pulse melody was better, but I'm not as strongly opinioned on this one.
If you need something to do, you could add more content onto the song, like have a 12.5% duty cycle melody on the 2a03 pulses emerge from the lower octaves, with a higher pitched 25% or 50% melody acting as a compliment on higher octaves next to it (randomly off the top of my head)

Hmm... I think, personally, the bends and subtle off key notes one note before the real one ( I don't know what to call it. ) Compliment it's slightly Arabic key.
As for more to do, this song is meant to be fairly simple, I had that in mind from the start. I believe that production on this song may end very soon, but oh well. My next to-do in this song ( aside from possible tweaking of the Klaxon and re-doing chords in the second half, is to add possibly a harmony instead of echo, no matter how much I love echo. I'll listen to some klaxons on soundcloud and come up with the most realistic one possible, pleasant or not. I, for one, like that klaxon as it is, but who the cheddar makes music for themselves to listen to?

RE-EDIT: Patashu; you asked me to listen to WAR by rushjet1. I looked for a while, couldn't find it. Then I found it. You say there are klaxons, and if you think there are klaxons, than that would explain saying that these klaxons aren't realistic. I'm hearing what might be similar to old WWII or whatever alarms, but that is not the same as a klaxon.
EDIT AGAIN ARNGH: So I was experimenting with some other klaxon sounds and was able to extend the current klaxon over 2 measures and it still sounds like a klaxon. So here's the edit.
