jsr, look again, you misunderstood. The bug is in the NSF export. In Famitracker the R02 correctly gets cancelled on the next note. In the NSF, the R02 does not.

This.
Also, in one FTM I compiled (attached), song 4 has a wrong note in export where it sounds right in FT.

Thanks, but I didn't make it, just compiled it from various people. Bl4cK_M0on made the one that has a bug.
Song 4, FM Channels 2/3, Pattern 07, Row 0A plays a D instead of a C#.

I found a clipboard bug in 0.4.2 while trying to "rename" pattern IDs so I could identify portions of my song easier:
1 - In the Pattern Editor, copy some notes to the clipboard
2 - Switch to the song's Control Panel and double-click a pattern ID somewhere in the list
3 - Press Ctrl+V at this point; you get an error message "Clipboard data is not available"
Okay, so that error is to be expected (you can't copy/paste between the different sections of the interface), but:
4 - Go back to the Pattern editor and paste those notes back; this time you get an error message "Cannot open clipboard"
5 - Try to select notes to copy; you get the same error message again
So at this point copy/paste functionality in the Pattern editor appears completely and utterly broken until you restart Famitracker. But, we're not done yet:
6 - On the song's Control Panel, select a few frames and hit Ctrl+C to copy; no error messages occur this time
7 - Go back to the Pattern Editor and now try to select+copy+paste some notes; everything works fine again
