Could've changed the noise

but I do like this better than the original I like, it's more dirty and filthy, i love it, it's also more futuristic

You could've also mixed some of the tri with the saw at times. SID can also do tri y'know.

Also, love the subsong titles

GYUH! Curse you beta bastards! Why does everyone insist on using the least stable version of FamiTracker they can get their hands on?? Such an inconvenience.

ANYWHO, generally speaking, sawtooth is a poor choice for drums, though I see what you did there. A SID has 3 sound channels which can produce a variety of waveforms: pulse, triangle, sawtooth, and noise (which means using triangles instead of saws for drums is totally legit).

Four simultaneous channels is a SID impossibility, so every time you use the noise channel, you should mute something else.

None of this matters of course... I'm just saying - if you were really wondering what it would sound like, those are the limits .

Despite my apparent negativity, this sounds pretty cool. Carry on, sir.

Ares, you could always use deflemask for SID's, it's not that hard and a lot of fun

This is a cool experiment but it doesn't really qualify as "your work".

I didn't like this at all. It looks like you just copy-pasted the square channels, then replaced the duty cycles with something sounding C64-ish. The sound was perfectly fine originally before C64-ifying it.
