To save your finished work as a wav file- it requires you to input a time-length for the file. This is of course extremely inconvenient on several levels.
The result for me, is that I can get something to loop seamlessly in famitracker, but to upload it somewhere else (newgrounds etc.) The looping is far from perfect.
It is impossible that I am the first person to run into this issue, so please- if anyone has found a practical solution, I would love to hear it! Thanks!

Why?
If you want your wav to loop seamlessly, you will have to use a wav editor like Audacity or Goldwave to trim the beginning and end so that the sample levels match.
