Hi.

I tried testing effects, and I seem to be able to write in 9xx.
It doesn't do anything, so this is

A) a bug
or
B) an upcoming feature (maybe FME7 noise mode? Wink

)

Well, as you can see in the attachment it is possible for me. This is all effects i can type in, except B, C, and D effects.

My best guess would be that it's either exactly that, or just an effect for 5B envelope speed.

Or a Sxx-like command but for note release...

Wait, what could possibly be better than an effect for mode control in an already easy to use tracker interface for a slightly different hardware clone of one of (if not) the most popular sound chips ever created?

I've been sitting here since the first time I heard of the chip, waiting for it to be implimented, and you're telling me that there's something better than that? What are you, some kind of infomercial pitchman telling me to wait because there's apparently more?

I like to tease.

Anyhow, the 5B effects are currently H/I/Jxx, like the other expansion-specific effects, though like everything that hides in the debug build, it may be subject to change.
