Yo yo. Haven't been able to get to the computer for a while, which means restrictions in both Famitracking and forum-viewing. However, it's break time, which is cool beans.
These are a few of the things I've been working on, to varying degrees of completion. (Some I posted in the short loops thread, but since I have something relatively complete which I wanted to make a thread for anyway, I guessed that it'd be alright to repost them here. "duhduh" [I think my songs'd benefit from more creative names, but oh well] I have also posted in a thread of its own, but I've modified it since then and figured I'd add it to this list just to make it seem more impressive. How horridly vain. A bit of attention won't, hopefully, be rejected too quickly. Regardless of any of that, though, these all need to be expanded to make them more enjoyable, I'd say; beat the holy spirit of Christmas out of--or in to-- these things. Criticism's much appreciated)
Let's hope I'll be able to get to being more active here, in both learning and participating in this community.
These songs are all great, I really can't say there is too much wrong with them

These tracks were all really good! I like your style, it's very creative!
I personally liked "lol" most, because it reminds me of some battle theme from golden sun.
Anyways, like Fezuke said, do finish Itsy bitsy whales, it's really good and I'd like to hear it all.
Yucca-- Ahh, thank you. I'm glad to hear that I'm not doing too poorly.
Fezuke-- From you, that really tickles me. Leads tend to be what I focus on, but lately I found that they tend to lead to unappealing repetition, though, and I'm trying to focus on more elements simply than them. Partially why many of these suddenly stop when the leads enter. Either way, whales shall be expanded soon enough, hopefully once I get the hang of balancing those details into something relatively attractive to listen to. Not that I'd imagine you to particularly care for my personal struggles, but maybe that would sate some of what may or may not be curiosity.
Metaslash-- Also thanks. Funny thing, "lol" wasn't actually what I had planned to upload. I guess one of the drawbacks of unimaginative naming. Here's what I actually had planned . Not that I mind. I love all of my children, even if they were unintentionally conceived.
Thanks you thank you both for responding. Much more positive than I'd've wished for. My pride is restored.
Wow, this is great! It kinda reminds me of touhou music, but obviously that's on a completely different level.
I'll probably learn something useful from your tracks and I hope to hear more from you.
Really sounds like something you'd hear in a labyrinth, or a mini-boss.
The slow-downs are really creative too.

Btw, I noticed an error - in frame 0A you play an instrument with an arpeggio at it's start (00) with a Qxx effect on the same row. Whenever an arpeggio occurs, Qxxs immediately end - and this probably wasn't your intention.
