Make an off-pitch square with an identical normal pitch square play together. A flange effect will occur. The closer the off-pitch arp is to a base pitch, the slower the flange/phasing effect. Thanks for the help(phaser ftm)and correction, Necrophageon. By the way it works with both arps as well.
