Sorry if this has been posted before. I haven't reported it for some time because I assumed it was such an obvious bug that someone must have reported it already, but after having a scan of the forum I couldn't find it.
When I change the row highlight number using the cursor keys (which I do all the time, but only by accident because I've forgotten to click out of the damn box!) half of the toolbar simply disappears.

I can retrieve the boxes by waving my cursor over them, but the labels remain gone.
Also, NSF importer tends to open looking like this.
I'm using 4.0 btw.

I'm pretty sure the bug has been reported before, but that was a bit of time ago, before 0.4.0 came along. In fact I'm pretty sure it was first fixed in the 0.3.8 beta (which makes the fact that you still get the bug in 0.4.0 somewhat strange).
Also note that 0.4.0 is obsolete and not recommended due to a major bug in the NSF exporter. I strongly recommend downloading 0.4.1 right away since that is the most recent build.
As for the NSF importer, that is not officially supported so bug reports on it are not going to be addressed. It is based on 0.3.7 anyway, so any bugs that were fixed since (including the one you reported in this thread) will exist in the importer still. I don't think the importer will receive an update anytime soon either, because rainwarrior is planning to replace it with a different project.

I could've sworn it was fixed. I know I don't get it anymore anyway (and I used to in the 0.3.7 days).
Maybe turning those highlight field gray like the tempo & speed fields would be an idea?
