If I open a PAL FTM by double clicking on the file, it will play back at the wrong pitch (slightly higher). If I go to the tracker menu and select PAL it switches to the correct pitch and is fine after that.

If I open it from the file menu it's fine.

I'm guessing the pitch tables get set up correctly, but the clock speed gets left on NTSC?

That was correct, NTSC was selected as part of the program initialization. I've fixed it.
