Interesting that arpeggio didn't work for you, because I think you'll agree this sounds pretty close. I don't think it's switching duty cycles like the one posted above.
You can scroll through the instrument window's arp graphs using the arrows on the right, and you can also input the steps manually in the field at the bottom (that's what I'd recommend using). Just know that one "slot" equals 1/60th of a second, and that each increment of one will increase the note by one semitone (so "| 0 0 12 12" would play the base note for 2/60 second, then an octave higher for another 2/60 second, and loop back to the initial position).

IMO the graph window thingie is completely useless except for volume envelopes, though it is indeed quite handy for those. For everything else, the numbers are where it's at.
