i was curious if anyone know any setting i can put in for bending a note like full or half, kinda like a guitar

You can use portamento effect.

C-4 310
C#4 300

Half bend, 10 in 3xx is speed of bend, 00 is portamento off.

This comment makes no sense. The actual number will depend from tempo, pitch and speed of the slide itself. Sometimes >20 isn't enough, sometimes even 1 is too much.
