Making changes to VRC7 instruments don't register as a change to the current file (no asterisk appears in the title bar, and the program doesn't prompt you to save before exiting).

Another minor bug! Opening an FDS instrument window or changing any setting in it other than the waveform disables the FDS channel momentarily (not pleasant when you're trying to tweak your instrument...).

Do you mean that the cursor jumps to another channel when you press a key to test your instrument? Cause that seems to happen a lot with other expansions as well!

No. I mean when you're playing something on the FDS (in jam mode or the module is playing back) and you open an FDS instrument window, the whole channel disables (stopping playback) until you play another note.
