I make a ftm which has 10 songs, there are all empty.
When I Import a MIDI file, other songs are gone.
There are only one song in the ftm, although I Import more than 10 songs.
I change the Songs frame, but no use...

This is something that should be pretty easy to fix. I'm sure the developer just hasn't thought about this yet. I'll put it in the request list for the next version.

Meanwhile, here's a workaround:

[ol]Create a new ftm.
Import MIDI.
Open the module properties.
Give the track a new, unique name.
Add a new track.
Give the new, empty track a unique name as well.
Move it to the top of the list.
Import midi again.
Repeat![/ol]

Oh dear. I'm afraid I can't help you then... you will just have to wait until the next version comes out.

I wish I had better news, but jsr (the developer) seems to make new releases only once a year or so, and he just made one. He makes new beta versions pretty often though, so that's your best hope. He should be able to fix it pretty quickly if he only knows about the bug. Try sending him a pm or an e-mail or something.
