After many attempts creating my own music...I realized that I don't know exactly what to start from. I mean, I can make a rhythm with DPCM(for ex.), but what's next? How to continue(in what order)?
What should I do first? What's better?
Fill Triangle and Noise channel with notes (make a rhythm)? Use DPCM samples instead? Or use Square-s to make a main music theme?

You must abstract from FamiTracker and learn music basics first. It's the best way (or you can waste few years re-inventing those basics by yourself). After that, you'll have no questions like that, and also you'll be able to make music using any program or using no programs at all.

Use google to find articles about music in general and it's history (how current music theory was invented). Then learn about notes, chords, scales, composition, etc, etc. There are many topics you must learn. You can also start from [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Music]Wikipedia article about music and read all connected articles too. Continue to read even if you don't understand anything. When you collect enough of basic information, you'll begin to remember and understand things you have read before.

Answering to your questions, nobody can answer you about order of things and what is better to do next. That depends from very many factors, and there is no 'right' way.
