Creating an instrument with an arpeggio macro of any type and attempting to use it in combination with Qxy or Rxy causes the pitch to jump to wherever y specifies instantaneously with no slide, regardless of x's value.
You can finagle it with 1xx/2xx (those still slide just fine).

I've always seen this as being a feature, but whatever.

Interesting stuff. I never thought of sliding arpeggios (I'll have to try that out sometime!)
no_slides2.ftm - I changed the arpeggios a little bit. Now Qxy is sliding notes down. (I thought it was supposed to slide notes up? :P)
no_slides3.ftm - When I loop the arpeggios, the exact opposite happens. 1xx and 2xx don't work, while Qxy does work (Although not entirely, since it just jumps to the notes instead of sliding to them.
I have no idea if it's supposed to work like this, but I still found it funny.
in no_slides2, the pitch is sliding from the arp's final value to 2 semitones above the BASE note. It's still sliding upwards, but it retains the base note as the note from which to slide.
