some people were asking how the volume is processed in famitracker so here we go

actual values in the table are acquired by multiplying two volumes, dividing it by $F and then rounding down

no FDS as of now, but doing that wouldn't be difficult either, i just omitted it in case 0.3.8's lookup table for FDS is modified but currently NSF exportation is bugged
