I like how it's similar to the [url=http://2a03.free.fr/]2A03 chiptune server in concept, but with multiple chiptune types. It can't really compete with [url=http://mmlshare.com/]MML Share.
The downside; the site appears to be extremely basic & limited so far (& that's aside from 2xAA's need to execute a JavaScript notification asking AdBlock users to allow ads/pop-ups).
Mind you, his site programming's pretty solid & there are some pretty good tunes; if only there were more native chiptune player applets available for web developers.

It looks pretty promising from both the programming & musical points of view. No worries about editing the site when hardly anyone is there; you're only starting off & my sites fare much worse. :P
I do have a couple of things I can recommend in terms of site programming.
1. Being a person with crappy vision (owing to my working on a lot of small-scale electronics projects,) the orange links on a white background are a bit of an issue for me. The contrast between orange & white is, to me, like having blue text on a red background.
2. The format of each page isn't exactly something consistent (your index page has 3 columns, the other pages have either two columns or just one block of content). I'd highly recommend using a CSS style sheet to mimic the same 3-column appearance of your index page across the rest of the site.
I do praise your PHP coding (& seeing as how spam bots are a huge problem, on most major forum software, your coding won't be affected since it's not being openly distributed).
