Hmm, a FTM file, a FTI file, a WAV file, a DMC file, or a mix of the above?

Oh, forgot to mention, sorry. Just FTM's as far as I'm aware.

Raijin: Thanks! That crash dump helped me solve a bug that could cause random crashes.

Eletious: That problem is caused by the text being clipped, changing the font or size should help as you already noticed. It seems that you use a custom DPI, is that correct? That is not completely supported and likely to cause the problem.
Btw, I think you can disregard that explanation by someone, it seems very confused and I don't even understand what it tries to say.
I'll check the crash dumps too.

Weird DC offset thing returns.
And there seems to be a problem with triangle waves and low volumes.

I dunno if this has been mentioned yet, but the lowpass filter in the config settings acts differently at different sample rates.

FamiTracker (0.3.8 beta 4) crashes when I try to open it. It has always worked fine until just a few minutes ago, for some reason. No settings have been changed.

It works perfectly fine, however, if I just open an .ftm instead of running the executable directly.

I'm using Windows 7 (64-bit).

Are you sure you didn't accidentally open the latest stable version sometime before trying to open that FTM? If so, open the beta first then try. Of course, this is assuming you would be double clicking to open the FTM.

There seems to be an issue with the portamento effect, which from what I can see, is in 0.3.7 and still present in the 0.3.8 beta.

The hardware sweep is erratic and produces undesired behavior on loops - I actually discovered this when participating in one of the demo compos, which required me to find an alternative solution for that particular sweep, which produced inferior results.

I am not certain if it's a bug, or a quirk of the hardware. Attached is a project that exhibits the issue, all you have to do is play it and let it loop. There are probably other circumstances that can cause this issue, but this is the only repeatable one i've found.

Gamma: Put the 3xx command on the 2nd note instead of the first note. That solves your problem.

While 3xx is active, it tries to bend the last note into the current note. Since you ended on a F3, after the loop it will bend down towards F1 for a split second, then bend back up towards F3 again. Doesn't look like a bug to me.
