While playing with the beta, I noticed that [url=http://famitracker.com/forum/posts.php?id=2956&pid=27558#27558]as mentioned, the home-key rules for Impulse Tracker (first press moves to the note of the current channel, then the first channel, then the first row) were taken out of the FastTracker 2 mode. So I tried the Impulse Tracker mode, and there were too many things I didn't like. (e.g. notes don't release when releasing the key, moving the cursor doesn't deselect)

So I was wondering how difficult it would be to have the pattern edit style be a set of configurations rather than a list of radio buttons that emulate other trackers. You could have the list in as presets, I suppose, but I really want IT's home-key rules and everything else from FT2.
