if you are using an .mp3 there is practically no point in using famitracker. the novelty of nsf is gone since you can't technically prove it, and you could use essentially use whatever level production value you feel like with any professional other music program (renoise, fl studio, abelton, etc).

Moreover, the S3M MOD IT XM family is probably native on DOS/Windows. Do you have what it takes to say all of them are terrible, just because yourself belongs to some high-class species who uses Renoise, or something?
