The frame matrix in the top left corner has a very strange offset issue. The highlit line (showing which frame is selected) is one frame lower than it is supposed to be. It highlights the right frame, but when I click on that frame, it acts as though everything is one frame lower than it is supposed to be. Basically, if I click on the frame that is highlighted, it jumps to the frame below the one that was highlighted. If I click on the frame above the one that is highlighted, it behaves as though I am clicking on the highlighted frame.
I've tested this on several computers, and only my laptop is having the issue. It appears to work fine of Windows XP Pro SP3, Windows 7 Enterprise, but I'm having the issue on my laptop which is running Windows 7 Ultimate. Aside from running on a different flavor of Windows 7, my laptop is the only computer I tested on running a widescreen monitor, although I don't think that should be an issue.
I have attempted to unregister FamiTracker, redownload and reinstall, but that did not fix the problem. I'm currently running 0.3.6 on my laptop, which is a temporary fix. Not sure what is causing this issue in 0.3.7.
I figured out what the bug was. It turns out my display setting was set to 125% (Medium), which was resizing stuff in the Control Panel and the Instrument Editor. I changed it down to 100% and everything is fine now.
