Alright, the only thing I don't understand is how to get a raw PCM.

It happens :P
You can import samples. FamiTracker will convert them for you. There should be a section for that too, I think.

Oh! Also Rushjet1 made a nice DMC conversion tool, and there's a huge pack of DMC rips from NES games floating around out there.
