Sorry if this has been already requested, but Nxx or Mxx or whatever should be used for delaying a note release like Sxx does, but instead or stopping the note right away it should just run the Release envelopes of the instrument. Sure you can do it like this:

G-3 00 F ---
== -- - G03
--- -- - ---
--- -- - ---

But what do you do when you need the release envelope for all the notes in a situation like this?

G-3 00 F ---
G-3 00 - ---
A-3 00 - ---
A#3 00 - ---

And again sorry if I'm not the only one with this idea.

You could always just use F03 and effectively split each frame into two.

I think this is already on the official request list. It just might happen.
