I don't think I'll ever do anything with this.

danooct- gosh man...I apologize if commenting on the lack of interest was inappropriate. I was just curious if the crappy thing was coherent to others that's all.If you like I will politely remove it but you don't have to use sarcasm to get your point across...

I liked it. But yeah, don't expect much criticism here.

Testing out a sample I recorded today. (I think I left a couple extra samples in there by mistake).

Edit:

Hmm, last song was unsuccessful at finding it's name ...

How about this one? . (I actually worked quite a bit on this one... well at least for a short loop)

Woah! That kind of blew my mind, in a good way! Very freaky.
Sounds like that effect you get with reversed instruments, but combined with some sort of haunted dance theme o_o.

EDIT: Oh cool, I was trying to sound out the acronym not realizing that it ended up almost exactly the same as the original... I... wonder what it actually means...

It's quite a bit better. I really like the drums.

However, it does sound kinda strange with almost everything on the same octave to me...

___

Edit:

Edited my thing by adding a VERY unfitting track. :D

here are a few that might need some explaining beforehand;

1. mexjet1

this started out as an mml test done by me sometime last year... but rushjet1 picked it up, added some noise and bass, and made it kickass. i might want to pick this back up with him later if he wants to duo on the non-existent fcm8 or something

2. bridgeidea

a quick test with some new composition techniques and some more chord progression knowledge. this is actally a part of a bigger piece for an album i'm working on that's being tracked in renoise! it's kinda weird how stuff like that actually works out...

anyways, if you wana check it out, here's a wip:

EDIT. what is the forum software doing? it won't let me use the URL tag?? well whatever, here's the direct URL: www.timetangentmusic.com/wip.mp3 [rj1 edit made the url work]

cheers!

That's some really juicy stuff you got there, Mex. I especially like what's going on with wip.mp3
