Tech, you do realize that posting off topic discussion, images, or CP on 4chan gets you banned, right? Saying that there are no rules and that it's utter chaos is just stupid. Trust me, I got banned for posting my avatar on /cm/.

threads like that get removed pretty promptly, and users who post in them are usually banned. go try posting cp anywhere on 4chan, i can guarantee an ip ban within 10 minutes.

unless you have a static ip, meaning not a dynamic one, it should always be changing. you would use a different proxy server if you wanted to get around an ip ban.
