Is there any part of the forum to get help with making music? I don't really understand why his forums keep getting locked if he's just starting out and trying to learn how to make music, unless there's a separate area for this.

There's no part of the forum where posters are exempt from obeying the rules.
I agree with KuroBit here, being new and posting music is not against the rules and is no reason for lock!
omg_donut: It's my fault your first account got banned, I'm sorry and I realize I was too quick. I normally don't do it without trying to contact people first, but there has been users that registered just for trolling earlier. My advice however is to try make your posts/threads look serious, for example admitting yourself that your track sucks doesn't help and will just piss people off. Proper spelling and layout is also a good thing.
I'm gonna give you another chance and unlock your threads, but you must follow the [url=http://famitracker.shoodot.net/forum/rules.txt]rules and change your recent behaviour! If you can prove that then it's ok.

It's about another forum where rules is missing and/or is removed to see how far people can go crazy, then insane out of focus. They will get banned by unwritten rules. And those rules are taken from imagination. And this does not exist?
It does; it's called 4chan. But I dig what you're saying; there's already a problem here that needs to be worked on, but it requires the members themselves to work out their own faults (which, sadly, people tend not to do).

Actually, Mex is right; even /b/ has a rule (which is to shock as many people on the internet as possible).
What I mean is that there are forums with rules, forums with rules that aren't enforced as much as they should be & forums in dire need of chaos control.
