The following content is to rely on Google Translate to achieve(Simplified Chinese to English)

Problem:
1. when importing a MIDI file does not automatically delete those extra instruments
2. import MIDI files, feel the beat of the song is not very constant
3. Some of the top toolbar control is sometimes not displayed correctly, unless refresh the window

Recommendation:
4. Support to export as a WAV file sample DPCM
5. import MIDI files to support expansion of the chip for example, we can import more than five channels of MIDI files

Other:
Cut-off mark notes (it is expressed as a dash) which corresponds to a key on the keyboard?
When will support the N106 chips?

Duly noted.
1. when importing a MIDI file does not automatically delete those extra instruments
I'm not sure what you mean by 'extra instruments'... Do you think you could be a little bit more specific?
2. import MIDI files, feel the beat of the song is not very constant
In any module where the tempo isn't 150 (for NTSC) or 125 (for PAL) you will hear slight inconsistencies in the tempo. This can be explained by some fairly complicated calculations, but basically it has to do with the NES/Famicom's clock rate of 60Hz/50Hz (NTSC/PAL).
3. Some of the top toolbar control is sometimes not displayed correctly, unless refresh the window
What operating system are you using? What video card are you using? Are your drivers up to date? Is there any way to reproduce this bug?
4. Support to export as a WAV file sample DPCM
Why would this be a useful feature? DMC samples are extremely low quality anyway... :\
5. import MIDI files to support expansion of the chip for example, we can import more than five channels of MIDI files
As far as I know, MIDI import hasn't been tampered with in quite some time (probably a few versions of the program)... That might explain the absence of expansion support for that feature.
Cut-off mark notes (it is expressed as a dash) which corresponds to a key on the keyboard?
The note-off key can be configured in the main screen of the Settings window.
When will support the N106 chips?
We don't know yet. :\ Hopefully before the end of this year, but don't get your hopes up too much...

I can say this happens to me too, and I use Windows 7 64-bit. UI elements tend to disappear at moments, like the screen refreshes but some elements aren't shown. This most often happens with the "row highlight" labels and number pickers (either the text box with the number or the buttons to adjust it). It happens at random, though, so I can't give any real steps to re-create it.

I get this as well on Windows 7 32-bit, although it usually happens with the octave selector. Clicking on the space where it was makes it re-appear (and no, as far as I'm aware there is no way of reproducing it. It just happens).

I also get this, same operating system as those guys, but instead elements from the VRC7 patch information disappear when you switch patches.

Hi YamatoRyou.

I usually recommend not to use the MIDI import feature because it's practically useless, and I don't really know any good way to improve it. So the best way is to learn the pattern editor and convert MIDI files by hand.

I'm aware of the toolbar display problem but haven't found a way to fix it so far, I'll look into it some more.

The note off key is configurable as said, and Namco sound support is almost done in the tracker and half-done in the NSF code. Maybe in the next version or version after that.

Well, he did say it was near completion in other threads, retrotails. Last I heard, he hit a huge obstacle or something and had to refrain from putting into 0.3.7 or something, IIRC.

...Or something.

Is that my catchphrase or something

Not really a large obstacle, it's just that many small things takes time when added together, as always. I'm also not sure what's the best way to handle the wave RAM, but I'm gonna release a test build soon for some feedback hopefully.

The following content is still relying on Google Translate to achieve (Simplified Chinese to English)

RE: jrlepage

>when importing a MIDI file does not automatically delete those extra instruments
>>I'm not sure what you mean by 'extra instruments'... Do you think you could be a little bit more specific?
>>>In a new project to import MIDI files, instrument list will appear with the MIDI channel number and name of the same instrument number, and they usually extend the chip number of musical instruments we need to manually remove it before creating a new musical instrument. In fact, this after importing a MIDI file is the first thing to do.

>Cut-off mark notes (it is expressed as a dash) which corresponds to a key on the keyboard?
>>The note-off key can be configured in the main screen of the Settings window.
>>>Sorry, I can not find the notes corresponding to the key cut-off mark. You can describe it in detail?

>Some of the top toolbar control is sometimes not displayed correctly, unless refresh the window.
>>What operating system are you using? What video card are you using? Are your drivers up to date? Is there any way to reproduce this bug?
>>>I installed on a computer "Nvidia GeForce 7600 GT", the driver version is 280.26

Have an additional question.
> How DPCM samples with a number of compatible digital audio workstation (such as FL Studio)? That we can use these samples.
>The software can support ASIO drivers?

RE: JSR

You have technical problems we can understand that you have a lot of time to perfect them.

However, our work is entirely based on MIDI, I first FL Studio to finish my work on the draft, and then save it as a MIDI file. Finally into FamiTracker to go, so aim is to save time and effort.
(This feature is a part of the software, you should be perfect).
