I just started using FamiTracker and I love it but I have tried so many times to properly save NSFs and I can't. The thing is that they say they save but when I hear them on NSF2MID or foobar2000 they don't play the whole thing. It just loops a piece of something that I played for exactly 3 minutes for each file.

Can someone, please, tell me what am I doing wrong and a correct way or maybe a short tutorial on recording sounds and exporting them? I can't seem to get this to work.

Note: It plays all the channels but it only plays a 3 minute loop of one frame.

It might suck but the problem is not that.

The problem is that the NSF that the tracker is creating is just a 3 minute loop of the same thing, it doesn't save the rest of the sound just one single frame.

did you make sure your ftm itself doesn't loop a single frame?

Yeah, I figured it was that so I created more frames and I just found out that it doesn't actually loop one frame. It plays them all but not like I want them. How do you stop one frame from playing? I tried setting volume to 0 but then the rest of them become volume 0.
