I'm making an indie film soon out of my production Co. Butterdog Ent. but i need some bitchin' music. The music is basically themed around 8-bit techno. I've been experimenting with the instrument maker here and ive made some good osunding hypnotic sounds for like dream sequences but i need some new sound ideas.

Deep base and warped sine wave for backround would be cool (think the anoying stuff you hear in crappy dubstep, know what i mean?).

Just asking for some cool instrument examples if you please, i'll credit anyone who comments when i release my first script release.

Well, if you're into using the FDS expansion chip in FamiTracker, you could make an acidized sine wave instrument. The one thing I like about FDS is how well it can work for any sound (including acidized sound).

I hope this helps, it'll only work in versions 0.3.5 or higher.

Just for reference, here's an example of that acidized sine wave that Tech was talking about. This might be a technique you'd like to use in your own stuff.
Original .ftm is by rainwarrior and MrFTBN (?).
