First 8 measures are pretty good, the last 4 measures which loop are kinda meh. The whole thing is way too short...try writing something longer. Doesn't have to be any good, but if you keep writing longer stuff, something good will come out of it eventually.
I'd disagree with you completely there, cak. If you go for overly ambitious songs that are around 2-3 minutes in length when you're still trying to get to a competent level you'll find it's too much to take and you'll end up making most of it filler. I learned this the hard way; I crashed and burned. Probably why I have these small spasms of doodlage littered over my hard drive; it's much easier if I want to take that and work on it more.
I actually made this for an example of something on another website, it turned out exactly how I wanted. Unlike most, where I just fail at what I'm trying to get.
I just don't like the sounds you are using, experiment other instruments and maybe like Kreese said, add more melody, less annoying background sound effects as well. They do NOT help your song in any way.

No. It's better, but it's still bad. The main problem is your melodies - they're so fucking weird.
Also you're WASTING channels. This could all be condensed down onto the 2A03. SO START USING IT.

Hey, I use expansions because they add... something. Really, why listen to a 20A3 tune that sounds like it was made to sound bigger when you can make a song with an expansion that sounds like it was made to be smaller?
Also, no need to keep pointing out the melody thing. I get it already. I need some help with melodies. But I think up these awesome melodies and am only able to put down the underlaying part of the song, ever. The melody comes out sounded horrid, so I go with the next best one I can think of, which also comes pretty bad, but not AS bad.
kinkinkijkin; what they're all trying to say is that using expansion chips & then using all of the available channels isn't always a good thing. There's such a thing as noise pollution.
The beautiful part about tracking for the NES is that you don't have to use all of the channels available. In this case, they're all saying to do a 2A03-only tune so that you don't get tempted to fill every channel that would otherwise be available from an expansion.
